Every artist needs space to create, and this addition to a small house extends quietly on the site to provide a flexible, bushfire resilient creative space.
The extension accommodates an open plan studio space with separate wash up area, contained in a minimalist form that’s secondary to the original 1970s house.
Windows are positioned in the corners of the new space, allowing the wall space between to be utilised as a canvas for works of art.
